How we handle reviews.
Who can write a review?
Only buyers whose robot has arrived: after they confirmed receipt, or 7 days after shipping. One review per robot bought, marked “Verified purchase”.
How do we check reviews?
Arrivi reads every review before it appears. We refuse a review only if it contains illegal content, personal data, advertising, or text not about the robot, and we tell the buyer why. We never refuse a review because it is negative, and neither we nor the sellers pay for reviews.
What do we show?
The stars, the text, the first name and an initial of the buyer, and the date, newest first. The average counts every published review. The seller may answer each review once, under the review.
