Pricing

Standard 10%

commission per sale

No subscription and no sign-up fees: you only pay when you sell. For large volumes or exclusive launches we are happy to agree other terms, on request.

Payouts

Your share goes to your account through Stripe once the buyer's legal cooling-off period is over: 14 days after receipt (without a confirmation we count from 7 days after shipping). So a return never means paying money back. If a report or chargeback is open, the payout waits until it is settled.

What we ask of you

  • A company in the EU with a trade register number, address, phone and email (DSA art. 30)
  • A statement that your products meet EU rules, such as CE
  • Shipping yourself within the delivery time you state, with tracking
  • Warranty and returns under EU rules, including the buyer's 14-day withdrawal period
  • All contact and payments with buyers through Arrivi

Frequently asked questions

When do I get paid?

14 days after the buyer has received the robot, once the legal cooling-off period is over. If the buyer does not confirm receipt, we count from 7 days after shipping. If a report, return or chargeback is open, the payout waits until it is settled. The money goes to your own account through Stripe.

What if a buyer reports a problem?

The payout for that order pauses for a while. You see the report in your portal. Arrivi reviews it and either pays you or refunds the buyer.

Can I offer pre-orders?

Yes. Buyers reserve with a deposit you set. Once the robot is ready, you request the remaining amount in the portal.

Who carries the risk of a chargeback?

If a buyer wins a chargeback with their bank, your share of that payment is reversed. This is also in the supplier terms.

What does it cost?

10% commission per sale as standard, with no subscription or sign-up fees. Other terms are possible, on request.
