Right of withdrawal and model form
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your robot. This is how it works.
How do you withdraw?
Withdraw on Arrivi with the “Withdraw from contract here” button on your order page or the link in your order confirmation, with the model form below or with a clear statement by e-mail to [to be completed]. You do not have to give a reason. With a pre-order you can also withdraw before delivery.
You are on time if you send your statement before the 14 days have passed.
What happens next?
Within 14 days you get all payments back, including a deposit and standard delivery costs, by the same payment method. Send the robot back within 14 days to the address the seller gives you. Unless the seller says otherwise, you pay the cost of sending it back.
